Rik van Iersel (born 1961) is a self-taught mixed media artist whose work has been exhibited in San Francisco, Hamburg and his native country, The Netherlands. In 2001, he founded his own magazine, “Slump-Stories”, and in 2004 he started his own recording label, Rikordings. In addition to his artistic endeavors, he is a guest professor at Fachhochschule fur Gestaltung in Hamburg.
